The Cheapest And Most Efficient Way of Reading

Reading is the best way to widen my horizon. I like reading books, and it is a great resource in my life.

I usually read various kinds of books, such as detective novels, the worldwide famous books, biographies and romance novels etc. I am always attracted to the attractive plot. I have a large number of books in my bookcase. And I always saving money to buy my favorite books. 

Reading is my favorite thing which I will never give up. But these days, the books become more and more expensive. In order to buy some new books, I am facing with a financial crisis. Sometimes, I didn't get enough money for buying a new book which is an agonizing matter to me. I really don't want to give up reading, but as I am only a student who has no trust fund and no salary that I can't afford to pay such a large amount of money. When I was disappointed and frustrated, my friend Lily told me a cheap and efficient way of reading, the E-book, which can read on the internet.

What is an E-book? E-book is the outcome of the modern information technology, multimedia technology and network technology. There are a lot of E-book cities to make each netizen reading on the internet instead of go out to buy a book. It is a much easier and cheaper way of reading.

Now, I don't have to worry about the cost of reading books and can feel free to read online. I recently finished reading a book, the "Norwegian Wood", is a romance novel wrote by the Japanese writer Haruki Murakami. It is a very beautiful story. And today, I began to read "The Kite Runner". It is a moving, sincere piece of art.

Thanks to the E-book cities, I can read E-books everywhere I want. Now, I like to read for a while on my cellphone after I wake up and before I fall asleep. And, I can read on the bus station when I am waiting for the bus. At the available moment, I usually read the E-books on my computer and don't have to worry my coffee will smear my book.

Reading E-book online is the cheapest and most efficient way of reading, and it changes my hole life. If you still haven't read a E-book, you should have a try and you will not regret it!

My First Love

Every girl was certainly once in a serious and unforgettable relationship. And despite the fact that it may remain just a memory forever, we cannot help us thinking those important days which were just romantic and happy our life. I belong to the group of girls who are just over their twenty and who had a certain unforgettable love experience that still visits me occasionally and every time it brings me back to those days effortlessly.

When I was in senior middle school, we students were strictly forbidden by school laws to get in a relationship. And those who break the rule will get some serious punishments and will be immediately famous in the whole campus. It is an indecent to do to some degree and those who really did it were generally the admittedly "celebrities" in the school. So it really shocked me a lot when I realized that I had been a member of the infamous "celebrities". I, a standardized good student who normally got straight as, was a rather shy and introvert girl. I barely talked to boys even in the same class. I am sure none of my classmates would ever think I'd be the brave one to break the law and do something that would penetrate others. However, no matter what it was, I did.

Although I've told you that I was not that kind of girl who dare do that "dangerous" thing, I had to admit that I did had a secret crush on a boy. He was, in fact, not in the same class and I barely knew him. I got that feeling because of the fate, I believed. I had the habit of going to the school cafeteria five minutes after school when everybody else had gone to avoid the rush hour. And every day when I was on my way to the cafeteria, I bumped into him, with few exceptions. I met him in the morning and at dusk. The fascinating thing was that most of the time when we walked towards each other, no one else was on that road. And every time as I walked past him, my heart beat so fast that I barely could breathe. I don't remember when exactly my mind revolved around him. Nevertheless, I was so shy that I not only didn't have the courage to talk to him but pretended that I didn't notice him at all. Those days were sweet and bitter days when you like someone but didn't know whether he felt the same way. However, Cupid someday dropped on me and completed my fantasy.

One day, when I was about to go past him as usual, he slipped me butterfly-shaped clip. For one minute, I was just standing there looking at him askance. I couldn't take the surprise reasonably. But when later on, when he smiled at me, I knew that I was just be struck by something called love. So after I drank in the surprise, I smiled back and thus began my first romantic relationship.

I knew that the thing was not that agonizing, but to me it was really meaningful and it will forever be my unforgettable sweet memory.

Invisible Present to Father

A father has tremendous power and influence in the lives of his children. Generally speaking, the relation between mother and daughter is closer than father and daughter. However, in my family, I have a natural tendency to get along with my father. Mother is very strict with us since my childhood and often instructs us with tedious and redundancy words. As I grow old, I gradually become tired of mother’s instructions as though I know there is no harm to me. Father as a silent tree, when we in need of him, he immediately appears to help us get out of the trouble. Father’s Day is coming next month. As a younger generation, I am obliged to give my father a gift and offer a chance and sign to prove that I have grown under father’s caring. At the same time, I would like to tell my father in person, I am really grateful to his love.
It is a true story. A father asked his grown-up adult children to tell him their favorite happiest memories when they were kids. The father expected his kid’s happiest childhood memories would be the big, special trips like when their family went to Disney World, or another holiday overseas, or some special cool gifts they’d gotten. But that dad was so surprised that those were not the things his children remembered best. Instead it was the very simple, every day things. Such as, when their dad would get on the floor and wrestle with his four kids. Or when their mom and dad would sit around and tell them stories and jokes in the evening, and they all would laugh till their sides hurt. Or when they’d sit around singing songs together, and when their family would drive in to town for ice cream cones. As matter of fact, increasingly older father, his best hope is just to stay with children all the time rather than the wish his children to making much money. I am still a student and can’t afford cool gadgets for my father. So I decide to choose send my best wishes to my father and make a great attempt to spend much time with my father. In my heart, only if my father is happy, I will accordingly happy. Although the present to my father is invisible, I am sure he will be please with my sincere heart. Sometimes, invisible warm love is much more precious than visible presents. Am I right?
